Shipping Policy

What shipping costs
$5 per order, anywhere in the United States. That is a flat rate per order, not per book — order four books and shipping is still $5.
Where orders can be sent
Orders ship to United States addresses only. International shipping is not offered at the moment. If you are outside the US and want a signed copy, email theregoesconnie@gmail.com and Connie will see what can be arranged.
How long it takes
Every book is signed by hand before it goes out, so orders usually leave within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery then typically takes another 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday are processed the next business day.
Around Christmas and during book-signing seasons things can take a little longer. If an order is going to be delayed noticeably, you will be emailed.
Personalized inscriptions
If you would like a book inscribed to someone by name, add it as a note when you check out. Personalized orders may take a few days longer.
Sales tax
Alabama sales tax of 9% is added to orders shipped to Alabama addresses. Tax is charged on the books themselves, not on the $5 shipping. Orders shipped outside Alabama are not charged sales tax.
Tracking
You will receive an email when your order ships. If tracking is available for your parcel, the number will be in that email.
If something goes wrong
Books damaged in the post, or orders that have not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, are covered by the Refund and Returns Policy. In short: get in touch and it will be replaced or refunded.
