When you read this, Steve and I will be enjoying some days back in Ecuador — almost 20 years exactly from the time we first moved there to serve as IMB missionaries. For this visit, we will be with a tour group, which is better this time for safety and logistical reasons, but every time we have “at leisure,” we will be spending time with friends we made when we lived in Cuenca and Quito. Thanks to Facebook we’ve been able to stay in touch. We are hoping that the Spanish we USED to know will kick back in, at least a little bit.
